Dr. Teresa Zhu is a family physician who is excited to be joining the team at Queen’s Quay Medical.
Originally from Vancouver, she moved to Toronto to complete her undergraduate degree in Neuroscience, Psychology, and Physiology at the University of Toronto in 2020. She then stayed at the University of Toronto to complete her MD in 2024 as well as her residency in Family Medicine in 2026.
During her training, she was primarily based at Women’s College Hospital but also had the privilege of practicing at several Family Medicine clinics across the GTA. She is passionate about preventative care, chronic disease management, and building strong relationships with her patients. Outside of medicine, she enjoys reading, travelling, and exploring different neighbourhoods/restaurants/cafes in the city
